UCCS fuels SUCCESS Campaign Case Study

Temperatures are still rising, ice is still melting, and the ski/snowboard industry is at risk. If we want the sports we love— and depend on economically as a state— to survive, we have to do more.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Aspen Skiing Company’s “Give A Flake” campaign. An evolution of last season’s campaign "The Aspen Way"— a proclamation of the values that drive the company and the city of Aspen— this year’s campaign calls snowsports enthusiasts to take action to protect their passion by standing up and speaking out about climate change.
Throughout the year, Aspen will be asking the broader skiing and riding audience to act with their hearts and heads, embodying "The Aspen Way" by voting for climate change legislation supporters; by contacting those elected officials who need some pressure to see the bigger picture; and by supporting additional relevant social issues.
