More than 23 years
For more than 23 years, Tracy has been instrumental in the agency’s success. Not only is she a leader in understanding all types of new media, but she recognizes exceptional and creative ways to put a myriad of unique opportunities to work for clients. It made perfect sense to promote Tracy Broderick from VP Media Director to President.

Her new role
As President, Tracy will play a key role in helping KH invest and innovate in the digital space today, tomorrow and in the future. “Agencies are evolving faster than ever. To be competitive, we must adapt and find new ways to solve problems for our clients, to stay relevant to consumers, to inspire our employees to do great work. To be successful, we must look ahead and skate to where the puck is going to be.” -Tracy
Pocky and Kathy have assumed the role of Co-Presidents for the past 7 years. They will continue to be involved in the business as Co-CEO’s and will concentrate on overall agency guidance.
Tracy Broderick’s role will be effective on February 1, 2016.
