From the name, to the voice, to the visual identity and online experience, the Portico brand was developed with one objective—to elevate what a vacation experience can be. Using an Agile process, rapid prototyping and iterative design, we were able to quickly bring that brand to life online. The website went beyond listing destinations and amenities, to provide a digital experience that connected visitors with the Portico lifestyle.

After just 60 days we launched an integrated campaign showcasing Portico’s properties with gorgeous photography, advertising and collateral. The site included 360-degree residence tours, lead capture, integrated booking, and ecommerce. Within two months, the brand had 1,500 new members, more than doubling their benchmarks.
