To help Under Canvas accomplish these goals, we took a digital-first approach and thoroughly tested the digital experience to understand where the gaps were and how we could improve it.
Then, we systematically began to improve it by adding mobile optimization, calls to actions, improved navigation, enhanced site modules with interactivity, and improved site hosting to speed up the site. During this process we also refined the brand, adding in texture elements and color palettes to simulate the national park experiences and an upgraded User Interface Kit to manage brand consistency of the experience.
We then also better targeted the media, and optimized the creative ad placements. When all was said and done, we presented Under Canvas with an engaging enhanced site, as well as an agile way to manage it and track its expansion into the future.
Within the first year we were able to elevate the overall digital experience and maintain Under Canvas as the leader in the outdoor hospitality industry which showed in the results. By tracking our success with detailed measurement, we were able to provide Under Canvas with:
