Kathy brings over four decades of leadership in the advertising and marketing industry to Karsh Hagan. Encouraged to be an entrepreneur by her father, Karsh Hagan founder Tom Hagan, Kathy launched her first agency at the age of 26 and successfully ran it for the next 25 years. She has supported numerous community initiatives and led the Denver Advertising Federation as Chairman. Kathy’s expertise spans destination marketing, higher education, and healthcare, where she has consistently aligned client goals with innovative, impactful campaigns.
