The Adsmiths Intern Program aims to grant real-world agency training and does so by offering a truly dynamic, collaborative, and educational three-month experience.

New Business and communication is the lifeblood of any agency. In tandem with our long-standing relationships with clients, it is always necessary to reach further and endeavor to outreach and gain new partnerships that collide with our purpose. Research, consumer insights, strategy, agency communications and PR outreach are the fundamentals for this position.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, reporting, and monitoring all aspects of a project. Project Managers need to possess a strong desire in finding ways to make tasks more efficient within the agency by identifying gaps and holes that can be filled, while also working with the account team on specific duties.
Social media is one of the most versatile roles in marketing - not only do you have to be an expert in a variety of social media trends, you need to be creative, up to date on the quickly changing digital landscape, a strong copywriter, data-informed, and brand-forward in your interactions with both clients and followers. The ideal candidate will help to support the Karsh Hagan social media channels, and potential new business social media projects with a focus on agency promotion. This internship is intended to provide a brief glimpse at all aspects of social media management - without any prior experience.
