Brand Strategist

We are looking for a Brand Strategist with 4-5 years of experience managing and supporting comprehensive brand campaigns. As a Brand Strategist, you will own strategy projects' planning, research, and coordination. You will work closely with other agency department heads and senior strategists/consultants and serve as the liaison through execution and delivery. This means helping research and identifying the strategic brand challenges to be solved, supporting strategic planning efforts and the development of brand strategy, positioning strategies, and messaging platforms. 


  • Help prepare client workshops, including building out prep materials, participating and distilling input from stakeholder interviews and ideation sessions 
  • Participating in strategic planning processes with clients across a variety of verticals in collaboration with account leads 
  • Supporting qualitative and quantitative research and storytelling ability with data to form brand narrative 
  • Work with senior strategists on brand strategy, brand architecture, and brand platforms to ensure creative campaigns effectively capture the brand style 
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges 
  • Work closely with account leads and senior strategists/consultants on generating creative briefs and presenting creative briefs to shape strategic thinking 
  • Partnering with the creative team to develop unique positioning 
  • Contributing to the agency’s business development efforts as related to strategy 
  • Working with senior team members to help identify opportunities for brand growth that can be achieved through agency services 
  • Opportunity to help shape future strategic initiatives and for upward mobility 
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Role will be hybrid, with in-office and remote work environments
  • Four or more years of professional experience in a brand strategy and/or account planning role in a Branding, Marketing, or Advertising agency Analyst or related professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required 
  • Understanding of brand architecture, brand development, brand management, insights development, and marketing processes
  • Strong writing and enthusiasm for driving creative ideas 
  • A clear communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to instill confidence across teams
  • A collaborative working style and desire to support cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • A work ethic powered by an entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000
