Exclusive Resorts is the global leader in luxury travel. But they needed a separate brand that could respond to competitive changes, a fluctuating economy, and a new breed of luxury traveler.
Research showed people wanted vacations that felt spontaneous, adventurous, and fun. They came to Karsh Hagan and gave us 60 days to launch their new brand. We went to work.
Making the Work
We worked with the client to create naming, brand standards, and tone of voice. At the same time, we began designing a digital experience for the new club.
We built a diverse team of UX specialists, application developers, and more. The site was developed using an agile process, with rapid prototyping, iterative design, and task-based project tracking.

After just 60 days we launched an integrated campaign showcasing Portico’s properties with gorgeous photography, advertising and collateral.
The site included 360-degree residence tours, lead capture, integrated booking, and ecommerce. Within two months, the brand had 1,500 new members, more than doubling their benchmarks.
