Lauren is a bit of a work chameleon. Adapting to every individual’s unique working style, this digital rock star constructs conflict-free and squeaky-clean processes. Whether the assignment is a banner campaign, a microsite, or a mobile application, this Colorado native and Xavier alum rolls her sleeves up willingly and works hard to build a brilliant and seamless framework that squeezes the most productivity out of her fellow Karshies.
When she finishes each week conquering mountains of projects, Lauren rewards herself by spending her weekends tackling mountains of mountains. Big on summer, she can be discovered way up in the high country hiking, backpacking, and even climbing a 14er. At one point, Lauren has also volunteered her free time with the trail maintenance crew through the American Conservation Corp.
